Spot on

Hey people!

Today has been an interesting day for me.
Nothing much happened in school except for the fact that the prefects decided to have a random spot check today.

Thank God I did not bring my phone.

Anyways, as usual, I just reach the assembly ground and sat with my friends.
Not according to class of course.
I mean, come on, everyone sits with their friends and if your friend is not in your class, obviously it's either she sits at your class or you sit in her class.
So, today I sat at Mei Jun's class.

Little did I know, the prefects decided to spot check Mei Jun's class and I, an innocent outsider there, had to be spot checked too.

Before we knew they were going to spot check us, we were all sitting there assuming that it was going to be some lecture about leaving books in desk.
When my friend ask the prefect what's going on, the prefect just sheepishly say, I don't know.

I too be honest, find it a little exciting.
My first spot check of the year!
Plus, I did not bring any illegal stuff except for liquid paper and a couple pieces of candy.
But besides that I'm fine.

The prefects were really nice people.
Before they are going to check at more, say, sensitive part of you, they apologize first before proceeding with the routine they had been taught to do for years.

After the spot check, I went back to class and continue with the lessons.

After recess ended, I went back to class for math period.
When suddenly a few prefects came into my class with one guy prefect talking softly to my teacher.

After their small talk, my teacher said, oh spot check? Go spot check them la.

I was just there, at my desk, wondering, nice.
Spot check again.
May I be excused as I had just undergo one a few hours ago?
But no. I had to go through the whole process again.

So yea. Today has been an interesting day for me.
A sad day for some especially my classmate Jia Yong.

He, brought his PSP and phone which sadly both got confiscated by the prefects.
Jackpot, the prefects might think.
