Procrastinators are the leaders of tomorrow

You know, if the above statement is true, my whole family would be the greatest leaders of tomorrow there ever is.

I am born in a family of procrastinators, born in one, am one, and hopefully, won't forever be one.

My father and mother are one of the biggest procrastinators.
Always dragging a decision being made.
To ask them one simple question will take a week to get an answer.
So advance asking time: 1 week.

For me, homework. I don't always do my homework, if I ever do, it will be because I like doing it, or it's just not hard or the teacher is so scary that not doing it is like writing a death wish. And there is the occasional teacher who actually threatens to send you to the discipline room for not doing.

And if it involves something that needs the cooperation of parents and daughter, that could take who knows how long.
Cause after all, everyone are procrastinators, so therefore, a combination of procrastinators are like 911, hurricane Katrina and the Sri Lanka tsunami all in one.

Let me present to you one current situation, a simple task of just going to the dentist.
I have been wanting to go to the dentist for a long time.
Being the procrastinator I am, I only seriously ask my parents to bring me to the dentist a few months later.
Being the procrastinators they are, till now an appointment has not been made.
Being the busy people they are, the only time free for them to send me to the dentist are the weekends.
Being the busy person I am, my earliest free weekend is the school holidays.

So yea. This is me. This is my family.

So I shall write down a list of things I want to get it done and over with by the end of the year:
1. Go to the dentist
2. Cut my hair.(After it grows longer)
3. Learn how to drive
4. Take my undang test

Now that does not seem much, in numbers at least.
Cross my fingers and hope that I will accomplish all the above before 00.00.00. 1st January 2010

Oh, and praying always help too.
